Dua e Qanoot

Dua E Qunoot, is a mind-altering therapy for patients with mood disorders. The name is derived from the Arabic phrase "daqi ul jummah", which translates to 'causing of joy'.

Dua E Qunoot, as this therapy is sometimes referred to, targets all the disorders that affect the emotions of patients. This includes depression, anxiety, panic and trauma. The therapy works by forcing the patient to identify the root cause of his/her negative emotions.

The treatment can be quite effective in many cases, especially when combined with other therapies. Unfortunately, many patients are not able to stay for the treatment duration that is required. This could be due to their busy lifestyle, lack of time or other psychological reasons. Hence, it is very important to find out ways to make sure that the patient is always available for the therapy sessions.

When looking for a qualified therapist, the best place to start is by asking for referrals. Ask your friends and family members for referrals if they have had a recent experience with a qualified psychotherapist. It would also be best to look up the work experience and certifications of the therapist before you hire them.

There are two major types of Dua E Qunoot therapies that a patient can get from a therapist. Firstly, there is deep relaxation therapy. The patient is asked to concentrate on their breathing, and they do so to achieve a feeling of relaxation and calmness. They may also be asked to focus on a picture or object that helps them relax.

Secondly, there is focused imagery therapy, which involves a simple exercise that the patient does in order to achieve the desired effects. He/she is asked to imagine an object or person, and this helps to focus their attention on their negative emotions.

Both of these therapies have been shown to be very effective in a lot of cases, but in order to get the best results, it is very important to have a previous experience of working with psychotherapists. Not all therapists are qualified in this field, and that is why it is important to know how the therapist's work. Some of the symptoms that patients are asked to deal with during the therapy include: depression, irritability, fear, embarrassment, guilt, low self-esteem, loss of sexual interest and social withdrawal.

The patient should remain completely involved in the therapy and should follow the therapist's instructions. If the patient feels that he/she is not interested in the therapy, then he/she should give up the treatment and seek for a different therapist. Never trust your emotions to anyone else, because emotions can cause many problems in the future.
